• Metallic TWC Catalysts

    • Metallic Catalysts based on metal substrates are widely utilized in gasoline, diesel, and natural gas engines, as well as in stationary sources of emissions in the industrial sector. The primary benefit of such catalysts lies in the metal substrate's excellent thermal conductivity and low back pressure due to the substrate wall's thickness, rendering them suitable for high-performance vehicles, particularly customized racing cars. However, applying a uniform coating of the catalyst onto a metal substrate poses a significant technical challenge for most catalyst manufacturers. TES's unique formula and coating process not only guarantee high efficiency but also ensure exceptional coating uniformity for our metal-based catalysts. Additionally, our engineering and technical personnel have upgraded and enhanced our coating equipment, resulting in greater consistency in comparison to other companies.

At present, we are capable of producing various specifications and shapes of three-way catalysts (TWC), and our product standards meet the EURO IV to EURO VI emission standards.

Furthermore, TES's metallic substrate catalyst coating technology can be applied not only to TWC catalysts but also to diesel oxidation catalysts (DOC) and catalysts for industrial volatile organic compounds (VOC).
