  • Products & Technology

     

    The company's main business is the production, development, and sale of core catalysts involved in exhaust gas emission control systems. These catalysts include TWC, GPF, DOC, CDPF, V-SCR, ASC, and Zeolite SCR catalysts for tail gas treatment of various internal combustion engines from EURO IV to EURO VI B stages, as well as CO, VOC, and De-NOx catalysts for industrial exhaust gas emissions. In addition, the company also develops low-temperature CO oxidation catalysts, low-temperature HC adsorption catalysts, and selective N2O&N2O4 catalytic reduction catalysts to meet the specific requirements of individual customers.

    • Exploring catalyst coating technology is a key area of our company's technical development efforts. Our proprietary catalyst formula, paired with our own production process and equipment, allows us to minimize waste while ensuring consistent coating quality. Moreover, we have made revolutionary improvements to commonly used coating methods worldwide, effectively addressing the issues of high energy consumption and low efficiency in traditional coating industries. As a result, the cost of our entire coating line has been reduced to just 25% of that of traditional coating lines.


    • Since its establishment, the company has invested a lot of research and development funds and personnel in the fields of internal combustion engine emission control, fixed source VOC and nitrogen oxide emissions, and other non-standard emission catalysts. The company maintains an annual R&D expenditure of over 7% of its sales revenue. As of 2022, the company has a total of 3 invention patents, 23 utility model patents, and software copyrights.


    • The company's collaborative institutions can provide a set of steady-state engine test benches, a set of transient engine test benches, a set of particle size analysis equipment, a set of catalyst sample testing equipment, and a set of BET testing equipment.
